What is eligible for a return?

Items that are unworn, unwashed, free of stains, animal hair, smell of smoke are eligible for the return policy.

Return Policy:

All returns must be handled through the website. If you are needing to return an item, please email us at kskraftykorner@outlook,com to get this started. Returns are to be done within the first 48 hours for local pickups and the first 5 days for shipped products. We do not offer exchanges. You will receive a refund in up to 5 business days of receiving the item back. Customers are responsible for shipping fees when returning an item.

Please contact us at kskraftykorner@outlook.com if any of your items are defective. Upon receiving the item back, you will receive a refund which may take up to 5 business days to post to your account.
